Fitness Tips, Moderation and Food Freedom

Jill Coleman of JillFit Interview

Jill and I first met back when I was in search of Ambassadors for Live Well 360 (the fitness and yoga bag company that I co-founded and sold in 2015) and Elizabeth DiAlto introduced us.

I have since gotten to know Jill better and better and fell in love with her passion for showing people the step-by-step process on how to free themselves from a restriction/fear-based relationship with food.

Although her approach to this work is similar to mine, I actually think we are different enough that my hope is for you to listen to this conversation and pick up some new nuggets of wisdom or different ways of thinking about food and body-image, even if you've been a member of my ROCK Your Dream Body and Dream Life community for some time.

I believe that we're all in this together and the more of us standing tall, shoulder to shoulder, sharing this message of what I call, "nourishing your way toward your goals," the more permission it gives all of us to stop the deprivation, guilt, and shame and instead, to do what feels right rather than to continue to do what we've always done (that has never produced long-term sustainable results anyway).

I hope you enjoy this leading edge conversation!

If you do love it, please share it with someone that you KNOW would benefit from hearing this message.
