Long Lean Legs Workout: Thigh Slimming and Butt Lifting Workout With Exercise Bands

Want long and lean dancer legs? Looking for a thigh slimming, butt lifting workout using exercise bands? This resistance band lower body routine is for you!

I never thought I would be saying this, but I made my first-ever workout video! Ladies, never say never.

The ROCK Your Dream Body Facebook Community asked for my favorite “long and lean legs” workout and my Immersion girls have been intrigued by resistance band workouts, so I put together a combination of some of my favorite exercises for booty lifting and thigh toning.

What You Will Need

Circuit 1 (complete 1-3x)

  • banded side to side hops - 10 reps each side
  • skater jumps - 10 reps each side
  • reverse lunges - 10 reps each side
  • lunge kicks - 10 reps each side
  • lying leg extension - 10 reps each side
  • knees together butt squeeze - 10 reps

Circuit 2 (complete 1-3x)

  • banded squat jumps - 15 reps
  • standing banded kickbacks - 10 reps each side
  • lying banded feet together butt lifts - 10 reps
  • banded leg raises - 15 reps each side
  • inner thigh leg lift - 15 reps each side

Circuit 3 (complete 1-3x)

  • hip rotation forward - 15 reps each side
  • hip rotation back - 15 reps each side
  • kneeling side leg raise - 15 reps each side
  • kneeling crossover leg lift - 15 reps each side
