How Does Inner Wisdom Serve Us?

Allowing ourselves to be guided by our intuition is not something we do very often. We're stuck in a go-go-go society and that can often mean tuning out the part of us that knows best: our inner wisdom.

In this video, I share with you why inner wisdom is so important and how our intuition serves us. At the end of the day, we know our bodies and ourselves best so if we leverage that, we can start to dream bigger than we've ever dreamed before.

When we take charge of our lives, it can be truly life-changing.

Guiding from Within

How much time do you spend focused on other people instead of yourself? If you're anything like most women, that answer may be a bit grounding. When we spend most of our time faced outward, looking to others for guidance or helping others, we can often forget the power that we hold within ourselves.

Guiding from within is vital and it can be one of the best self-love and self-care practices you can do for yourself. When you guide from within, you honor the part of you that has a need... you listen in... you give yourself time to be heard.

After all, when it comes to ourselves, and what we need, we are the greatest experts.

How to Take Charge of Your Life and Create Balance

When we spend the time that's needed to take charge of our life, listen to our intuition and trust that we know what's best, we begin to create balance in our life. Balance is needed to ensure that we don't yo-yo between extremes.

If we set ourselves up with a life that has too much external feedback or too strict of a structure, we'll often rebel against it. I know you can relate to this because this is at the root of most binge-eating habits. We put too many rules around our food and then we rebel against it, which only makes ourselves worse off than when we started.

So, creating balance is key. You want enough movement and freedom to listen to yourself and be guided without feeling like you're bumping into walls non-stop.
